DB Realty invest Rs 700
crore to build Mumbai’s biggest mall
The Mumbai-based real estate firm DB Realty is investing Rs 700 crore to set up a large mall in the outskirt of the city. The project is founded through a max of debt and equity. Called Orchid Ozone, this mall would encompass facilities for retailing entertainment and hospitality. “As Indians move up the value chain, large format retail combined with themed luxury environments will drive Indian retailing,” said Nabil Patel, director, DB Realty, which is the real estate arm of the diversified Dynamix Balwas group. “Indians not only want to shop but want to be entertained. This is the need that Orchid Ozone seeks to fulfill,” added Patel. Spread over 2.5 millions sq ft built up area located on a 14 acres plot, Orchid Ozone would be Mumbai’s biggest mall upon completion in 2009 end. Barbara Bui bag
Barbara Bui was born in 1957 Paris, France. Her mother was French and her father was Vietnamese. She has a Master's degree in English literature and her background is in the theatre. She married actor William Halimi and in the mid 1980's opened a boutique which they called "Kubuki". This was quite successful. They sold clothes designed by Bui as well as other designers and it became a well-stocked fashion resource. By 1988, Barbara was designing men¡¯s and women¡¯s collections. She is known for her clean lines and an off-beat femininity that combines cultural and ethnic influences. Bui's empire now consists of the BB line which came out in 1998, and her Barbara Builine which is more relaxed. In 2000, she unveiled the Barbara Bui shoe line, with a range of footwear designs. Can anyone setup a website &
make a profit??
Can anyone really set up a website and make a profit?? Can you do this with little or no money?? Do affiliate programmes really work?? How hard is it to generate genuine traffic to your site and retain it?? What content should I use and how do I present it?? These are the questions I was asking myself earlier this year!! The questions are endless and there are endless websites/blogs to give the answers to them. I decided to start a website and see if I could answer these questions for myself. The whole thing started when I went on maternity leave to have my second daughter in February this year. I spent alot of time on the Internet and curiosity lead me to Online surveys, PTC, PTR emails etc. Before baby came along I signed up for a membership site, which provided a whole host of ways to make money. Can i just clarify, I do like naked people. i Mean, theyre ugly but theyre okay. Which is why the naked ppl on last editions cover didnt offend me, they just sort of.. made me turn my head 180 degrees and sort of go .. what in the world. Anyway, today i was walking .. nicely happily and was suddenly ambushed by three guys in different colored tshirts. and then they all started talking at once. Something about uni politics. The only sentence i managed to get out of all of them was from the guy in a .. purple? shirt who said to the others, Do u mind, im trying to have a conversation here' which was of course, met by indifference by the rest of them who continued to try and drown out each other. Anyway i sort of stood there looking very bewildered and confused, and when they stopped to take a breath, i had to interject, ' why dont u guys all run the student union happily, together, like the friends u are'.
